Exciting News: Camp Rippling Brook is Moving to a New Home!

After two unforgettable summers at Ashton United Methodist Church, we are thrilled to announce a major milestone in the growth of Camp Rippling Brook. Starting in summer 2025, we will be operating at our new location: Mater Amoris Montessori School, 18501 Mink Hollow Rd, Ashton, MD 20861! This new partnership represents a long-term commitment to providing our campers with an exceptional experience in an inspiring and expansive environment.

We are deeply grateful to Ashton United Methodist Church for being our initial and temporary home over the past two summers. Their generosity and support allowed us to launch Camp Rippling Brook and create incredible memories for our campers and families. From our first campfire to countless activities, and friendships, this space will always hold a special place in our history.

Our New Home: Mater Amoris

Mater Amoris offers us the opportunity to grow and enhance our camp programs. Located in Ashton, MD, this beautiful facility provides:

• Expanded Space: More room for activities, exploration, and creativity both indoors and outdoors.

• Convenient Location: Just minutes away from our former site, making the transition seamless for our camp families.

• New Opportunities: The ability to expand our camp age range to include children ages 4-12, ensuring even more young campers can join the fun.

What to Expect in Summer 2025

• New Activities and Adventures: With additional space and resources, we are excited to introduce more programs and activities tailored to all age groups. The most notable of which will be an additional week of camp - Bramble Quest!

• Same Community Spirit: While our location is changing, our commitment to fostering community, friendship, and personal growth remains the same.

• Continued Excellence: We are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of safety, fun, and enrichment you have come to expect from Camp Rippling Brook.

• Seamless Transition for Families: Families who have already registered for the 2025 season can rest assured that their enrollment will not be affected—the only change is our location, just 3 minutes away from the previous site.
